Meet The Team

Samantha Coe BVetMed MRCVS

Veterinary Surgeon

Samantha graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 1994 and has been working in small animal practice ever since. With over 15 years experience in conventional veterinary practice, Samantha has particular interests in surgery and animal behaviour. Recently Samantha has developed her knowledge of complementary therapies and is one of a small number of vets who have studied veterinary herbal medicine. This enables her to use herbs and homeopathy as well as nutritional therapies in her day to day practice where appropriate.

Toni Gray PgDip CABC

Animal Behaviourist/ Nursing Assistant

Toni graduated from Southampton University in 2002 with a Post Graduate Diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling. She can advise on problem behaviours such as separation anxiety; fears and phobias; status related problems; house soiling; less common problems and also on training issues. She is happy to provide advice for all species of companion animal.

Karen Gill

Receptionist/ Admin Assistant

Karen Gill is our veterinary receptionist and offers a friendly, compassionate welcome to our clients and their pets. Karen is able to offer advice on our products and services including many aspects of preventative veterinary care such as flea control, worming and vaccination. She also deals with facilities, administrative and general account matters relating to the Practice.

Kirsty Berwick

Veterinary Nursing Assistant

Kirsty is involved with in-patient care and practice hygiene. She helps to provide one to one care and monitoring for any critically ill patients in the practice. She is currently studying for her Animal Nursing assistant qualification.

Michael Esslemont

Veterinary Nursing Assistant

Michael is currently taking the National Diploma in Animal Management and is our part-time Nursing Assistant. He is involved with all aspects of in-patient care and surgical equipment maintenance.

Zoe Butler

Veterinary Nursing Assistant

Zoe is a part time member of staff. She is involved in all aspects of animal care and reception duties. Zoe is currently training to become a Veterinary Nurse.
