The practice was originally situated in a charming and characterful medieval building in the High Street of Mayfield, East Sussex. However once the doors were open it quickly became apparent that we would need more space!
The practice quickly became successful and the search was soon on for a larger building preferably with on-site parking. It was not until 2011 that the new building in Heathfield was secured and for a while the two branches ran concurrently.
However as the practice continued to grow it became clear that most people preferred the new building in Heathfield with its easy parking and modern facilities. So when the workload became so great at Heathfield that Sam was needed there full time the Mayfield branch was sadly closed.
It was really sad to say goodbye to our first building in Mayfield. We had so many fond memories and had made so many friends in this charming and friendly village. The building itself was unusual and characterful and there was even speculation that there might have once been an old smuggling tunnel beneath it which we never got to explore! However we are pleased to say that almost everyone followed us to Heathfield and we still hear all the news from the village of Mayfield from our friends.
